The customer service and workmanship at Sernio's is top notch. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the auto body shop truly cares about what they do and their customers. I brought my Volvo there for auto body repair and it looked like new when they finished, the work was completed in less than a week, and they thoroughly cleaned the inside of the car. They even went out of their way to help my fiancé out with an issue that he was having with his car. They also worked with my insurance company and made the process seamless; I just had to pay my deductible. I am glad I found this place and would highly recommend them!
