I have been dealing with Sernio’s for years beginning with my infinity ex35, when I had an accident with my Mercedes Benz that was no different very professional, the staff is awesome!!


I just wanted to say thank you to Sernio’s Auto body for repairing my Jeep Patriot. The service provided by Fran and John were amazing and the quality of work they do at this shop is nothing less than exceptional. John the owner did the inspection himself and made sure my Jeep was going to be well taken care of. And Fran, for explaining the process to me in detail and keeping in touch with me while my car was in the shop. I got my Jeep back a few days ago and she looks brand spanking new as if I just drove it out of the dealership.


The customer service and workmanship at Sernio’s is top notch. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the auto body shop truly cares about what they do and their customers. I brought my Volvo there for auto body repair and it looked like new when they finished, the work was completed in less than a week, and they thoroughly cleaned the inside of the car. They even went out of their way to help my fiancé out with an issue that he was having with his car. They also worked with my insurance company and made the process seamless; I just had to pay my deductible. I am glad I found this place and would highly recommend them!


I had a hard job for these guys. I had a show bicycle from The Bike Hub on Monticello Avenue for these guys to paint. I didn’t even know what color I wanted. I told them to do their thing. They did. A fancy triple metallic Ferrari yellow paint job. I love it! Great price and finished on time. Great work Sernio’s and thank you.


All around great experience from the quote to the knowledgeable staff to Fran at the front desk who was awesome. Brought my 2017 BMW X3 here which was side swiped while parked and the team at Sernio’s did an excellent job. Metallic paint was matched perfectly and the quality of work and ease of experience was amazing (they even got me an UBER ride home after I dropped the car off!)


Got my car scuffed, front bumper, wasn’t bad but I wanted it gone. I called in and they took care of it under 10m, fair price and great work, I would return.


I took my Audi A4 into Sernio’s this morning for an estimate (expecting the worst). John Sernio, the owner, helped me himself. He took a look at the fender and determined that the scratches could be compounded out on the spot at minimal cost, without having to go thru insurance. 20 mins later I was driving away with perfect vehicle.

In this business, it can be very easy to take advantage of unknowledgeable clients and upcharge. I appreciate the honest approach and great work!



I want to say to anyone who comes to Jersey City or resides here this is the only place I recommend. It is a shame when you can’t rely on your own auto dealers service center or even most other auto shops.

I’ve been here 3 times and even sought consultation a few times as well.

Not once was I steered in the wrong direction or told I need to give money for any little thing.

There is a level of transparency here from the very top to the wonderful ladies at the front desk. The owner Peter is one of the best I’ve met in this industry and he had such an incredible team around him. The mechanics are very on par with what they do and do they do it well. I’m grateful for how I was treated all around each and every single time I do deal with them. You don’t feel like you just another dollar bill in there. Thank you, guys.


Sernio’s Auto Body exceeded my expectations. First, when I dropped off my car, the receptionist was kind enough to call an Uber for me and my daughter to get back to Hoboken (at around $18 for the ride, I certainly appreciated the gesture!)

Then, I was pleasantly surprised to get text message updates on the progress of my car. When I got a text saying my car would take longer than I had been initially told – I called Sernio’s upset. The manager said, if I was told it would only take a week, he would keep to that promise. He put two mechanics on my job to get it done.

When I picked up my car it was clean and looked brand new. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need bring my car to an auto body – Sernio’s is the only place I would go!
