Sernio's Auto Body exceeded my expectations. First, when I dropped off my car, the receptionist was kind enough to call an Uber for me and my daughter to get back to Hoboken (at around $18 for the ride, I certainly appreciated the gesture!)Then, I was pleasantly surprised to get text message updates on the progress of my car. When I got a text saying my car would take longer than I had been initially told - I called Sernio's upset. The manager said, if I was told it would only take a week, he would keep to that promise. He put two mechanics on my job to get it done.When I picked up my car it was clean and looked brand new. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need bring my car to an auto body - Sernio's is the only place I would go!
