What services do you provide?

We are proud to offer major collision repair, minor collision repair, structural repair and alignment, auto glass replacement, paintless dent repair, car rental services, insurance claims assistance, 24-hour emergency tow assistance, exterior detailing, paint and finish, mechanical repair and complimentary shuttle services within a 10 mile radius.

What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process.

How do I know if my insurance will cover the repairs?

You need to speak with your insurance provider to let them know you are getting an estimate. When you’re talking to your agent, you will also want to find out how much your deductible is. Once you’ve notified them, visit Sernio’s Auto Body for a FREE estimate and we’ll handle the rest.

How long will it take?

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Sernio’s Auto Body, we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way.

What days are you open?

We are open for business Monday – Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday 7:30am-1pm

Can you match the paint color?

Sernio’s Auto Body has made a major investment in the Spies-Hecker paint system and constantly upgrades its technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle’s finish matches.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the auto body shop?

Yes! Just let our team know what other services you are interested in. We’ll make the necessary arrangements to address your concerns and requests.

What if I need a rental car?

We are more than happy to assist you with arranging a rental car in the event you need one.

How do I pay you?

We want to make it easy for you. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, cash, personal checks and debit cards.

Do I use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me I have to?

Many insurance companies recommend auto collision repair shops to use after your collision; however, it is your right to choose where you take your vehicle for auto body repairs.
